Todays word is distribulation - this is the sense of surprise when you're enterprise level feed is being read by some bigwig - who's very angry you turned it off - after emailing everyone you thought was using it ;)

Sprunt

A sprunt is a runt of a sprint. Small, weedy, doomed. When the stories aren't well defined and the estimates didn't come from the team - Sprunt!

Portmanatee

it's a new word (aka portmanteau) constructed of other words that is too clumsy and unwieldy to be taken seriously.

Sarchasm

Sarchasm
The gulf between a dry wit and a dim-wit. If your humour is blunted on someone, that's the sarchasm.

Propergation

Todays word is propergation - this is when information gets to the places it's meant to get to and no more. This word has fallen out of use with the advent of the IT era where information rarely gets to the places it's meant to and invariably ends up everywhere else instead.
